This call is for you if…

You don't need convincing that your kid has it in them. You need to know why it isn't showing up on the field.

Real kids. Scored before and after.

One session

Alex

The struggle before

Posture, acceleration and push off were all scoring 3 or 4 out of 10. He was working hard and leaking speed on every stride.

What we worked on

Push off was the biggest leak, so that was the priority, with posture, acceleration and arms alongside it.

The fix

"Now you're driving into that ground. Big push off, big returns. And you're the one dictating the speed." No new fitness. He was shown where the speed was leaking, and his body did the rest.

The result

Improved on all six standards scored, in one sixty-minute session.

Marcus

Marcus running before and after: side-by-side comparison of his posture and push off

The struggle before

He walked in shuffling, breathing like he was in a sprint finish. No rhythm, and no awareness of where his power came from.

What we worked on

First the running: posture and push off, so he stopped shuffling. Then using his aggression as a tool instead of holding it back.

The fix

His breathing. He now breathes mainly through his nose under stress, under pressure and under load.

The result

He was told he hadn't made the squad for next season. Most boys spiral; he walked into his next session composed. He's now one of the best players in the lunchtime games at school. That isn't because he's the biggest or the fastest. It's because he's the calmest kid out there.

Lilly

Lilly running before and after

The struggle before

She'd been told she couldn't run by her coach, by her peers, and by her mum.

What we worked on

We filmed her, measured her running properly against the standards, and coached the technique.

The fix

She could run, and she ran well. The gap wasn't ability. Nobody had ever measured it properly or shown her what to change.

The result

Ten minutes into the session, her mum was almost in tears watching what her daughter was actually capable of. Hear it from her mum, Nevenka, in the video below.

Noah

The struggle before

Calf soreness every time he played footy and basketball, and a kid getting frustrated all the time.

What we worked on

Getting to the bottom of the problem, not another band-aid fix. Teaching Noah how his body works, and giving him exercises he could do himself.

The fix

His running mechanics. In one session we tweaked how he runs.

The result

His pace improved, and he's improved his performance by keeping up the exercises.

"As a father it was hard seeing your child getting frustrated all the time. We didn't want a band-aid fix like all the other experiences we have had in the past. The biggest benefit is his running: in one session Mick was able to tweak his running mechanics, and we saw his pace improve."Carlo, Noah's dad

What actually happens on the call

1

A personalised analysis of your kid's running technique

You send a clip beforehand. I score it, and we walk through exactly what I'm seeing.

2

We chat about you and your child

What your main concerns are, what you believe your kid is struggling with and how we can overcome this.

3

You leave with a plan built around your kid

Which of the seven standards are leaking, in what order we'd fix them, and what that looks like week by week.

I only take on families where I genuinely believe I can help. That's why there's an application — it saves us both a call that was never going to go anywhere.

The Seven Standards Guarantee

Improve on four of the seven standards — or I keep coaching, or you get your money back.

Complete all seven weeks and send me your Week 7 video.

If your child hasn't improved on at least four of the seven movement standards — scored on the same rubric, by the same person, against their own Week 0 baseline — I'll coach them one-to-one for free until they do, or refund you in full.
